Hey Guys!

Today I wanna share couple of videos we’ve been sharing with people lately.

“Mountains to Climb”

So, May has had rain every day except 2 days, It’s been raining a lot! But it’s not stopping to work!

Speaking of getting wet, Emma has her baptism coming up this Friday, we are so stoked! She’s been hard work, but she passed her baptismal interview last week and is good to go! Now lets have a dance party! OONST OONST OONST OONST. It was really cool, Her dad called her in and said, “Emma, you’re making a big commitment right now, and I’m only gonna sign off and let you do this if this really what you want to do.” And she said it was even though sometimes she doesn’t want to come to church and stuff, she knows it’s right and she would do it. It was so cool! I LOVE THE GOSPEL!

I went on an exchange this week with my former comp, Elder Bassett. It was sweet! Tender memories working with him. He goes home in 4 weeks…

The Mountains peaking over the clouds.

We carved watermelons for P-Day instead of pumpkins.

We found a new couple we are teaching. Dylan and Hannah, they are 18 years old. They are both High school drop outs and have a child together. But they lost the baby because it had a punctured lung. They aren’t planning of getting separated anytime soon, so with the goal being baptism and considering how serious they are, we are working on helping them get married so they can be baptized. They don’t have much and they rely on one another a lot. Dylan is super duper open and is ready to learn and wants to know God. She is struggling to move forward a little, she’s been through a lot and hasn’t really learned what God’s voice sounds or feels like yet. She feels like He’s never really answered her prayers. We are gonna focus a lot on her before we move forward. Just helping her feel comfortable with exercising faith. Our lesson with them was super powerful and we are seeing them again tonight. I’ll tell you all about it. Pray for them PLEASE! They need this so much!

Hope you enjoy the videos

Love ya,

Elder Rusick
